Transferring money with NGC is relatively easy!

Visit our website and

  1. click on Transfer money, then choose the corresponding option depending on whether you're sending money to Cameroon or Canada
  2. Enter the amount you want to send and make note of the total amount to pay (which is the principal amount plus applicable fees)
  3. Enter your information (as sender) as well as your receiver’s information 
  4. Submit the transaction and make a payment according to the system's instructions. The total amount to pay is the the field "Total amount to pay"

At NGC Financial, we work tirelessly to reduce processing delays. At this time, our processing time varies between 5 minutes to an hour. Connexion issues, ease to verify and confirm beneficiary or sender’s information as well as verifying bank account information. For any claim or modification to your transaction, please contact us immediately. 

The system has been set up to automatically deposit incoming Interac transfers into the company’s bank account. To avoid any delays in processing your transaction, please do not add a security question or password. Should you choose to add a security question or password, please let us know via email so we can process your transaction as soon as possible .

  • In Cameroon, we deposit money via Orange Money, MTN Money, and Express Union Mobile Money at all Mobile Money agencies.
  • Cash withdrawals in Cameroon are available in Yaounde only at the following locations:
  • o Montée Anne Rouge Face Tchaya Optique ‘’Aux nouvelles Librairies Papeteries Plus’ 
  • o Mimboman Terminus Office.
  • o Other locations will be announced as they become operational
  • Cash withdrawals available everywhere in Cameroon via Mobile Money agencies.
